1. Brief Introduction to Sinter-Plate Filter
Sinter plate is the most important filtering element of sinter plate dust collector for gas-solid separation.
Sinter plate is made of special polymer based composite after compatibility matching and sintered in special high temperature
furnace. After sinter molding, the matrix has irregular and fully connected micro-pores. Only the gas can pass the micro-pore, and
the micro-particle dust is retained on its surface, thus achieving the dust removing and filtering effect. Moreover, the surface
of the sinter plate is coated with reinforced PTFE resin membrane. This kind of resin membrane is featured by extremely
self-cleaning function, and can effectively prevent dust cementation when it is working. Additionally, it can automatically
discharge ash by adopting the gas back-flushing technique to ensure stable drag loss.
Most sinter plates have rectangular structure, and the filtering part has wavy plate structure to increase its effective area for
dust removing and filtering.

High filtration precision ---The micro-size filtration pore can effectively capture dust with size of over 0.3μm, the efficiency
of removing dust of 10μm size reaches 99.9999%;
Better gas permeability --- By adoption of advanced sintering process and optimized raw material formula, it is capable of
ensuring uniform micro-pore, better connectivity and gas permeability in the sinter plate matrix;
Big filtering area --- The filtering surface is designed in wavy structure, and the filtering area of a single plate (SSB-1500-1)
reaches 9 m2, the filtering area of the plate with same size is 2-3 times higher than the filtering bag;
High dust capture efficiency --- High dust filtration precision ensures high dust capture efficiency and low dust emission
concentration, thus ensuring lower emission than 10mg/Nm3;
Strong self-cleaning ability --- With rigid structure, the back-flushing air can directly take effect for the powder on the
filtering surface, and features better back-flushing effect without buffer. The new generation reinforced PTFE coating is
adopted,so the sinter plate surface features denser and more smooth structure with higher filtration precision; in addition, the
ash removal performance is obviously improved;
Stable pressure loss --- With super strong self-cleaning capacity, it ensures low and more stable filtration pressure loss;
Strong acid and alkali resistance --- It is made of special polymer based composite, and capable of withstanding long-term high
temperature corrosion corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali;
Excellent moisture and oil resistance --- The sinter plate matrix material has excellent moisture and oil resistance. Combining
the reinforced PTFE coating, it not only features high moisture and oil resistance, but also can remove the acid contained water
vapor after collecting into water flow;
Great mechanical performance --- With relatively high strength and toughness, it is capable of bearing several thousand times of
impact from high pressure gas every day;
Ultra-long service life --- With great mechanical performance, super strong acid and alkali resistance, perfect self-cleaning
effect, after reaching the normal service life, the worn coating can be renewed to achieve the filtration effect as a new filter
plate.

Dust filter filter belongs to deep filtration, is characterized by the suspension of solid particles smaller than the diameter of
the filter medium, particle filtration is by the filter medium in the slender curved channels and fluid impact and extrusion and
is trapped and tightly attached to the wall of the hole. Dust filter is suitable for suspension particles are very small and the
content is very small occasions, the general solid content is not higher than 0.01%. It can remove 0.02-100um solid particles. It
is mainly used to remove fine suspended particles and colloidal substances that can not be removed by general sand filtration,
such as the purification of drinking water.
